You can choose only one of the following courses: CHEM 101, MATH 101, MATH 105, PHY 101, BUS 200, ACCT 110, ECON 101, GEOL 102, ICS 104,

The following are the expected number of sessions/week and the duration of each session:

  • MATH101: 4 sessions per week on different days (50 minutes each)
  • MATH105: 3 sessions per week on different days (50 minutes each)
  • PHYS101: 5 sessions per week (4 sessions on different days (50 minutes each) + 1 Lab meeting (2 hours and 40 minutes))
  • CHEM101:5 sessions per week (4 sessions on different days (50 minutes each) + 1 Lab meeting (2 hours and 50 minutes))
  • GEOL102: 2 sessions per week on different days (50 minutes each)
  • ICS104: 3 sessions per week (2 sessions per week on different days (50 minutes each)+ 1 Lab meeting (2 hours and 40 minutes))
  • ACCT110: 2 sessions per week on different days (75 minutes each)
  • ECON101: 2 sessions per week on different days (75 minutes each).
  • BUS200: 2 sessions per week on different days (75 minutes each).

No, it is for Saudi and non-Saudi students.

No, this program is only offered to current active high school students. Students who have already graduated from high school are not eligible to apply.

Yes, there is a 2000 SAR fee for each course. However, the 2000 SAR fee is refundable upon successful completion of the registered course with a passing grade. Students who voluntarily withdraw from the program, or do not pass the course will not be refunded.

It is for one semester.

Yes, the Pre-College Program application will open more than once a year, and registration will open before beginning of the semester.

The program requires physical attendance, therefore it is only available to students who can attend class in our Dhahran, Campus. (No online option).

It is the student's responsibility to avoid conflict. Also, the student needs to bring any form of permission from his/her school in case of conflict.

For each course you will get a letter grade. You have an option for the credit to be transferred to your record along with the grade if you were admitted to KFUPM.

Yes. A certificate of course completion and transcript will be issued.

Yes. You need to participate in all class activities.
